You will know: what each service costs, which external costs remain yours, and when an inquiry becomes a contract.
Prepare: the service name you are considering. If undecided, use the price list and included scope only.
Contract point: an inquiry creates no contract or charge. A contract forms only after the written scope, price, date, payment route, and what will count as complete are accepted.

The separate written n8n feasibility review starts at USD 250 and answers a redacted field list or one example shape within two business days. Prices include Japanese consumption tax when applicable.
- Costs outside the price
- Bank transfer fees and the client's provider, API, VPS, SaaS, or other external-service charges. Any additional charge is stated before contract agreement.
- Payment method
- Bank transfer or Wise where offered. The available route and payment details are stated in writing before contract agreement.
- Payment timing
- By the date stated in the quote, agreement, and invoice; other services are normally paid before work starts. The USD 750 Paid Feasibility Pilot is 50% (USD 375) before work starts and 50% (USD 375) before handoff. Agency overflow implementation is USD 250 before work starts. The review package is the tested implementation slice, test matrix, and written handoff notes. One revision within the agreed scope is applied to that package. After written acceptance of it, USD 250 is due before final handoff; final handoff follows receipt of that payment. The USD 950 Make.com scenario build is 50% (USD 475) before work starts and 50% (USD 475) before handoff. The written n8n feasibility review payment timing is stated after the scope and quote are confirmed in writing.
- Target delivery
- After required materials and any agreed access are received: written diagnostic within 5 days; monthly maintenance review within 5 business days; design review within 5 business days; n8n Paid Feasibility Pilot within 3–5 business days; agency overflow implementation within 3–5 business days; fixed-scope Make.com scenario build within 5–7 business days; small implementation within 10 business days. The written n8n feasibility review targets two business days. The first fit check and quote use only redacted or synthetic material; they do not require customer data, credentials, or production access. If a later agency-overflow implementation requires access, least privilege, duration, and removal are separately agreed in writing after contract formation. The written agreement confirms the actual date.
- Inquiry and contract formation
- An inquiry alone does not create a contract or payment. Both sides first confirm the written scope, exclusions, price, delivery date, payment route, and what will count as complete; the contract forms when the client accepts them.
- Diagnostic materials
- Do not attach workflow JSON, execution history, or error screenshots to the first inquiry. The information to remove, sharing method, retention, and accidental-receipt handling are described in the privacy terms.
- Cancellation
- No charge before contract formation. After formation but before work starts, the amount received is refunded. After work starts, completed work and incurred external costs are deducted; any remainder is refunded. The client bears the return-transfer fee.
- After delivery
- Because these are services, returns are unavailable after delivery and acceptance. The written diagnostic includes one written question submitted within 7 days. Monthly maintenance does not renew automatically. A design review includes one written question submitted within 7 days. Agency overflow implementation includes one revision within the agreed scope. The implementation pack, agency overflow implementation, and fixed-scope Make.com scenario build include correction of in-scope defects reported within 14 days; added specifications and provider changes require a separate quote.
- Quote validity
- 14 days from issue unless the quote states another expiry date.
