For: visitors who want to know what is collected and stored before using the site or sending an inquiry.
You will know: this site's own measurement counts page loads and selected interactions anonymously without cookies or names, and individual events are deleted after 90 days. The public build also runs a Google Ads measurement tag. Inquiry details are used only to reply, quote, contract, and deliver; form messages are not stored in the site database.
Prepare: nothing to read the site. For an inquiry, provide only your name, reply address, and a summary with secrets removed. Do not initially send workflow files, execution history, screenshots, passwords, API keys, or customer data.
Next: read the Inquiries and Diagnostic materials sections below before contacting the site. A restricted sharing method is agreed only after scope is confirmed and detailed material is needed.
Site use and link measurement
To improve articles, links, and inquiry paths, the site records page-load counts and certain clicks: event ID and type, article and offer IDs, destination host and path, placement, page path, and time. It does not put email addresses, message subjects or bodies, names, cookies, referrers, destination query strings, IP addresses, or user-agent strings into these event records.
Page loads are added directly to daily totals. Individual click, diagnostic, and inquiry-path events are kept for 90 days and then deleted daily. Anonymous daily totals remain. The five-question guide and automation ROI calculator run in the browser: their answers, inputs, results, and classifications are not sent, stored, or measured.
Cloudflare provides delivery, protection, and storage infrastructure, so it processes connection information. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Google Ads measurement
The public build loads Google's Google tag (gtag.js, tag ID AW-17855242145) on every page to measure visits and site activity after Google Ads clicks. Google may process browser, page, and ad-click information using cookies or similar technologies. See Google's explanation of advertising technologies.
This site's implementation does not send inquiry messages, names, email addresses, or diagnostic answers to Google Ads. Review or change advertising controls in Google Ads Settings.
Inquiries
Names, reply email addresses, inquiry summaries, requested services, and desired timing received by form or email are used only to reply, correct articles, discuss and quote services, perform an agreed service, and keep records required by law. They are not provided to third parties for unrelated purposes.
The form is received by Cloudflare Workers and sent to a fixed inbox. The message is not saved in the site database; only an anonymous daily count of successful submissions is retained. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent spam. Its token, IP address, and user-agent are not saved as inquiry records. If the form is unavailable, use the email contact route.
Diagnostic materials
Do not attach workflow JSON, execution history, or error screenshots to an initial inquiry. After scope is agreed, materials are shared only through a restricted location controlled by the client or agreed by both sides.
Before sharing, remove or replace credentials, passwords, API keys, access tokens, cookies, signed URLs, personal data, customer or supplier information, internal IDs, and real-data payloads. Only information needed for the agreed review is requested.
Diagnostic material is used only to identify issues, review operation, propose changes, check delivery, and answer follow-up questions. Working copies are deleted after the written follow-up is complete, and no later than 21 days after delivery if there is no follow-up. Contract, invoice, and delivery records are kept separately only for the period required by law or to handle a dispute.
If material containing secrets or personal data is received by mistake, its use stops. The sender is notified, the material is deleted from locations under this operator's control, and the sender should revoke and replace exposed secrets before sharing a safe version.

When a visitor arrives from another guide page, a short alphanumeric route label is kept temporarily in browser sessionStorage and attached to the same anonymous event for daily attribution. It is not joined to a name, email address, referrer URL, IP address, or user-agent. The route label does not create a second event.
