What happens after the brief
- Inquiry: scope only. Reply target: two business days. No contract is created.
- Written scope and quote: outcome, exclusions, price, delivery, and acceptance checks are fixed.
- Agreement and invoice: both parties accept the written terms. Direct engagements can use bank transfer, Wise where offered, or PayPal; marketplace engagements stay contracted and paid on that marketplace.
- Payment, then start: services normally begin after payment and receipt of the agreed sanitized materials and scoped access. The Paid Feasibility Pilot begins after its agreed 50% deposit.
An inquiry does not create a contract. Scope, exclusions, payment route, start date, and acceptance conditions are agreed in writing first. Sales terms (English reference), statutory disclosure (Japanese), and privacy terms (Japanese).
